Charlie von Cassell is a 3.5 year old German Shepherd mixed with a slightly smaller breed. Charlie is a dog who gets very attached to the people he loves. As you can see by his pictures he loves women especially and would love nothing more than to adore his new mistress and watch over her. He is fine with other dogs but just no cats. He LOVES giving kisses and being close to you and he also walks well on leash.  He is not a barker and is an all around sweet guy. Charlie is a favorite with the volunteers, we can’t wait for him to have his own forever family. He was adopted from us about a year ago but sadly his owner is having some health issues and can no longer care for Charlie. The ideal home for him would be with a single person who wants to feel safe and at the same time adored. But also someone who understand the protective nature of a shepherd.
